Roy Bohnen began his career in Color Reproduction after attending schools for Graphic Arts and Fine Art in the early 1970's. Beginning as a stripper/dot etcher, he moved to the proprietary systems in the early 1980's and applied traditional approaches to the electronic workstations.
In the mid 1980's, Roy evolved into Systems Administration and Quality/Process Control for multiple print locations across the country. In the early 1990's, he migrated into a Digital Research and Development which concentrated on Digital Printing and Workflow. Roy has been an independent consultant for Color Reproduction and ColorSync for the past three years.
Roy has nearly 700 Color Sync installations using software from ColorBlind, Candela, Lino (Heidelberg PrePress), Praxisoft, Monaco Systems, and Gretag-Logo. Clients range from large corporations to small business's. These locations are photo labs, commercial print, flexo and gravure printers, large format industry, service bureaus, ad agencies and everything in between.
With expertise in scanning, color correction, RIPs, output devices, applications, digital proofing systems, printing presses, process and quality control, Roy is uniquely qualified to assist with your color needs.

Rick
Lucas has been working in both the photographic
and prepress industries since graduating in 1976
from Rochester Institute of Technology's
Professional Photography program. His earlier

From
1991 to 1997, Rick was heavily involved in
digital imagery as a systems integrator for the
graphics and photographic trades. While working
for several computer integration companies, he
assembled digital imaging systems, trained staff,
and provided technical support to clients.
Additionally, he was in charge of a digital
photography/scanning department at a prepress
service bureau.
In 1998,
Rick became an independent consultant
specializing in quality control, color
management, scanning, and workflow/productivity
solutions. His knowledge of imaging technologies
includes a wide variety of scanners, digital
cameras, imagesetters, color copiers, film
recorders, plotters, and digital proofers.
Rick
offers a range of digital imaging services which
include comprehensive evaluations, installations,
training and support. Due to the rapid changes
occurring in digital imaging today, Rick spends a
great deal of time testing and evaluating new
software and hardware in order to provide an
appropriate solution for each client. He has been
involved in both traditional and emerging
markets, including the sign and fabric
industries.
